Now, the world don’t move to the beat of just one drum, what might be right for you, may not be right for some.

The beauty of inspiration is that it can come from anywhere at anytime. Whether you’re watching someone rolling, being coached, kinaesthetically figuring something out or sat in traffic – learning and inspiration can be as chaotic as BJJ itself.

They say behind every great man is a great women and beind every great team is a great coach.

So I’ve got to acknowledge those who have helped me come this far and more importantly inspired me with the confidence to create this blog, so here goes:
